Clodagh (pronounced 'Clo-DA�) is an experienced Occupational Therapist who enables adults to live well, with a wide range of conditions and injuries. With over 10 years of experience working with local authorities and the NHS, Clodagh is passionate about maximising independence and improving quality-of-life and wellbeing. Additionally, Clodagh has expert knowledge in Dementia care, home environment assessments, recommending Equipment and Adaptations to promote safety and independence for short and long-term conditions. Clodagh has worked in both the NHS and Social care with individuals who have suffered acute and long-term conditions and/or injuries. Furthermore, Clodagh enjoys Moving and Handling and specialist Equipment provision, and she is proficient in single handed care reviews, home adaptations and Disabled Facilities Grants.
