I am an HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist with over 16 years' experience across health, Adult Social Care and community services. I work independently with individuals, families, care providers, organisations and local authorities, providing specialist occupational therapy assessment, consultancy, training and professional support.
My approach is practical, person-centred and strengths-based. I focus on helping people remain safe, independent and able to participate in the activities that matter to them, while finding realistic solutions for complex situations.
Alongside my independent clinical work, I have extensive experience in senior Occupational Therapy and Adult Social Care leadership, including service transformation, professional practice development, quality improvement, workforce development, coaching and mentoring. I have worked as a Principal Occupational Therapist, Clinical Lead and Occupational Therapy Team Manager across several London local authorities.
