My aim is to provide a friendly approachable service using a holistic approach for individuals in their home environment.

I am a very adaptable occupational therapist and have worked in many different situations now specialising in functional and environmental assessments for children and adults with varying degrees of disabilities. I provide in depth recommendations/ advice for equipment, minor and major adaptations to enable an individual to be as safe and independent as possible in their home environment.

My experience includes comprehensive reports to different organisations and collaborative working with local authorities, housing associations, private properties, architects and builders.
