Clare Cahill is a clinical specialist in the assessment and rehabilitation of adult clients with brain injury, stroke and long-term neurological conditions. She brings 20 years' clinical experience working in the field of neurological rehabilitation, in both the independent and statutory sector, to her independent practice.

Clare provides a practical, tailored approach to rehabilitation to work with individuals to achieve their own goals and promote independence.

Specialising in: Acquired brain injury assessment and rehabilitation, including stroke Long-term neurological conditions; management and rehabilitation. Practical strategies to help with perceptual and cognitive problems Upper limb rehabilitation Vocational assessment and recommendations Equipment and environmental assessment and recommendations Fatigue management strategies

She also offers training and education sessions for support workers and families in 1:1 and group settings. Her experience as a brain injury case manager and providing medico legal reports supports her independent practice.
