I am passionate about SLEEP. Having good quality sleep is fundamental to everything else we do. Sleep can be improved regardless of disability and/or health conditions.
I have a specialist interest in working with children, young people and families who are having difficulties with sleep. I have completed various training to be able to effectively support sleep issues with children from 6 months until 18 years. I provide detailed assessments and interventions and work in collaboration with families and young people.
I have experience of working with children with additional needs and complex presentations, including neurodiversity and physical disabilities.
My aim is to support the whole family to achieve a more restful nights sleep in a way that feels manageable and comfortable for you.
We spend a lot of time sleeping- lets get this right together.
Sleep work can be completed via online session- so accessible from any location. If you are based local North Hertfordshire or Central Bedfordshire then face to face session can be arranged.
