I am a Paediatric Occupational Therapist based in West London. I work with children and young people at home and in school, supporting families, carers and teachers to make sure strategies are practical, consistent and truly make a difference in everyday life.
I offer assessments, including Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments, and provide tailored intervention to help children develop skills such as handwriting, fine and gross motor abilities, self-care and regulation. I also provide parent coaching and training for schools, so that everyone around the child feels confident in how best to support them. I have experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD/Dyspraxia), developmental delay and attachment or trauma-related needs. Every child is unique, and I take time to understand their strengths, challenges and environment so I can offer support that feels relevant and achievable.
Therapy is delivered face-to-face through home and school visits, which allows me to see children in their everyday surroundings and suggest strategies that fit naturally into family and school life. My focus is always on helping children build independence, confidence and participation in the things that matter most to them.
