I have worked for the NHS for 18 years and have recently taken a step into Independent Practice, working with adults and children with sensory and occupational (self care, leisure and work/school) needs. I have worked with all age groups, in Forensic mental health, schools, acute hospitals, complex care, dementia care, community mental health and Deaf CAMHS and Generic CAMHS. I am a Clinical Supervisor. I am trained as an Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner and can complete sensory assessments and give recommendations for Interventions or can write reports for EHCPs or appeals or for the network. I am also able to use Sensory Attachment informed assessments. I have worked with Deaf Children and am aware of the sensory and occupational challenges that being Deaf has.
