I am the director of an occupational therapy clinic based in Brighton. I have over 10 years experience as an occupational therapist in the field of paediatrics, in both the NHS and private clinic settings.
I provide clinic assessment and therapy to children ages 2-16 years. I work with children who may be experiencing difficulties at school: handwriting, self-regulation, attention, organisation. Or at home: sleep, feeding, dressing, play. I can also help older children and teenagers with emotional regulation.
My area of interest is supporting children and their families on the ASD / ADHD pathway. In addition to assessment and direct therapy with the child. I provide coaching sessions for parents to identify strategies that work for them and their child.
Due to the size of the clinic I am able to offer regular PAYG groups aimed for children who are educated at home or in a split school placement. These include sensory circuits and regulation groups.
I work closely with other professionals and offer small group sessions with a speech and language, aimed for pre-school aged children.
