With over two decades of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT), I specialize in neurological rehabilitation, age-related conditions and postural care management. I have a special interest in supporting hypermobility syndromes and chronic pain conditions. I volunteer as the Regional Network Lead for the Royal College of Occupational Therapy Specialist Section – Independent Practice, and offer clinical supervision to statutory and independent AHPs. I am an associate expert witnesss. My approach emphasizes client-centered interventions, combining physical and cognitive strategies to enhance independence and quality of life.
