I am an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience across Adult Social Care, community rehabilitation, and education settings throughout the South East, South West, and London Boroughs. I support adults, children, and young people with a range of physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional needs, delivering person-centred, practical, and evidence-based interventions that promote independence, safety, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
I have experience completing Care Act assessments, functional assessments, support planning, moving and handling assessments, reviews, and care package evaluations. I provide recommendations relating to equipment provision, housing needs, and minor and major adaptations to enable individuals to remain safe and independent within their home environments. My practice focuses on identifying practical solutions that reduce risk, maximise function, and promote wellbeing.
I provide rehabilitation-focused interventions to support individuals in developing, maintaining, or regaining independence in activities of daily living. This includes supporting personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, community access, routine development, and engagement in meaningful occupations.
I also work with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), undertaking home and school-based assessments and contributing to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). I work closely with families, schools, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to support participation, inclusion, and access to learning.
Alongside my clinical practice, I volunteer as an Equity, Diversity and Belonging (EDB) Coordinator within the social care network, reflecting my commitment to promoting inclusive, equitable, and accessible occupational therapy services for all.
