I have 17 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and Advanced Clinical Practitioner with the NHS, and 2 year's as Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapist with Adult Social Care/local authority.
I have vast clinical experience, skills and knowledge working in various settings including acute hospitals and community services; and extensive experience including inpatient/community rehabilitation, acute therapy/recovery post-surgery, neurology/stroke, community intermediate care, falls service and 6 years in mental health.
I am passionate about helping people optimise their ability to do the things they want/need to do ‘occupations’. My approach focuses on the person as a whole, supporting them to achieve their personal goals.
Testimony:
'We would both like to thank you for the wonderful care and attention you gave xxxx and the dedication towards his illness with the COVID-19 virus which developed to hospital required pneumonia. We could not have asked for better care and attention with examinations or speed on getting equipment required at home. Beki is a very lovely person to be with, honest and reliable. We thoroughly recommend her to anyone'.
