Wedding Remedy and Renewal (Wedding R&R) is a wedding planning wellbeing service. It will meet the needs of those individuals who are finding wedding planning overwhelming.
As a qualified Occupational Therapist and the Founder of Wedding Remedy and Renewal, I will be offering a unique mixed approach of Occupational Therapy, Coaching and a Talking space to help people feel better and to help to shed some of the burden that may have been created through the wedding planning journey.
Wedding Remedy and Renewal has been created to LISTEN, COLLABORATE, and EMPOWER so that people feel supported to feel mentally stronger and calmer.
