Anna Chalmers Paediatric and Neuro Occupational Therapist
I am a Paediatric and Neurological Occupational Therapist based near Cheltenham, supporting children, teenagers and adults across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.
For children and young people I assess and support handwriting difficulties, dyspraxia and co-ordination challenges, sensory processing differences, attention and regulation, autism and school anxiety. I provide functional assessments, practical strategies and reports including EHCP and tribunal documentation where required.
Alongside paediatric practice, I work with adults following brain injury or stroke, supporting fatigue management, cognitive rehabilitation, executive functioning and return to everyday activities, education or work.
Since qualifying in 2003 I have worked across community, rehabilitation and specialist services, and have been in independent practice since 2013. My approach focuses on understanding how difficulties affect daily life and providing clear, practical recommendations for home, school and work environments.
HCPC registered and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
