Our MD, Anava Baruch, provides Accommodation Expert Witness services under Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules. Anava is currently the only OT offering Accommodation Expert reports. She is known for her ability to think outside of the box and find creative solutions for complex problems.
Her reports include consideration of the care environment, manual handling and rehabilitation. Anava can also provide a joint accommodation and equipment report.
Design for Independence offers both manual handling risk assessments and training for teams of carers, whether employed or family members. This ensures that your client is properly cared for and, where appropriate, meeting their obligation as an employer.
