We provide UK-wide occupational therapy through secure video and telephone consultations, offering flexible and accessible support wherever you are. Our dedicated clinic space in Glenrothes enables us to offer a range of in person assessments and treatments.
We offer specialist services for hand function and rheumatology conditions. This includes tailored support and interventions. A range of treatment options are available in our dedicated clinic space including custom orthotics, silver splints, hot wax treatment, kinesiology taping, therapeutic ultrasound and light therapies, sports massage and hand rehabilitation. We also offer specialist treatment for individuals with hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD) and Elhers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS).
AJB Occupational Therapy also offers general occupational therapy support for individuals experiencing a range of long-term conditions or recovering from illness or injury. These may include: home environmental assessments, activity analysis and modification, functional rehabilitation, adaptations, mobility aid and equipment recommendations. While we specialise in long term conditions, we are here to support people experiencing temporary barriers through illness or injury too. We work collaboratively to assess your needs and develop achievable, meaningful goals that support your independence.
We can offer a range of services for businesses and employers to facilitate people to remain well in work and support your business. This includes work functional assessments and reports, vocational rehabilitation and accessibility consultancy.
