I am an an experienced Children's Occupational Therapist, who has worked extensively with children and their families in their homes, schools and clinical settings for over 30 years. I have a developed a specialist interest and knowledge of Neurodevelopmental Therapy and Sensory Integration. With an advanced knowledge and experience of working with children with Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorders, Co-ordination and handwriting difficulties. I have an extensive knowledge of specialist equipment and adaptations appropriate for children with additional needs. My work has involved children with a range of difficulties from 0-19 years, completing functional assessments, individual treatment packages for home and school, providing advice as well as comprehensive reports. I have a PG Cert in sensory Integration, having completed modules 1-4 of SI network accredited training, and am an Advanced Practitioner in Sensory Integration.
