I am a Specialist Occupational Therapist offering personalised, in-home rehabilitation across Devon and the South West. I support adults with neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury, helping them regain independence and confidence in daily life.

I also work extensively with older adults, providing support with hospital discharges, home assessments, equipment recommendations, and dementia or memory loss strategies. My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's goals and environment.

Whether recovering from illness, adapting to a long-term condition, or managing age-related changes, I aim to improve quality of life and promote safe, independent living at home.
