I am an independent Occupational Therapist and the founder of Forest Pathways OT & Consulting, providing sensory-informed occupational therapy support for children and young people across education and community settings.
My work focuses on helping children and young people participate meaningfully in everyday activities — particularly within school environments. I specialise in sensory processing, emotional regulation, environmental adaptations, and inclusive practice, supporting neurodivergent children and those with additional needs to access learning and daily routines more comfortably and confidently.
I work collaboratively with schools, families, and wider professionals, offering practical, strengths-based recommendations that are realistic to implement within busy educational settings. This includes consultation, observation, staff guidance, environmental adaptations, and training to build capacity and understanding within schools.
Forest Pathways OT & Consulting takes a preventative and early-intervention approach, supporting schools to make reasonable adjustments and inclusive changes that benefit all learners. I work across England and Wales, supporting both mainstream and specialist settings.
My practice is guided by current evidence, professional standards, and a strong belief that the environment and expectations can be adapted to support participation, rather than expecting children to fit a one-size-fits-all model.
